Participants receive two similar samples for testing. Each sample consists of ten pre-conditioned 4" x 11" sheets of printing papers, 3.0 to 8.0 kN/m (17 to 46 lb/in). Measurements are made according to TAPPI Method T494.
In addition to tensile breaking strength labs may report results for tensile energy absorption and/or elongation to break.
